12 organized criminal groups took part in the January riots in Kazakhstan, the most active of which were the Wild Arman, Kazakhstani and Aishuak Zhantugel groups, Yeldos, Deputy Head of the Criminal Prosecution Service of the Prosecutor General’s Office, said at a briefing at the Central Communications Service on Monday. “Special prosecutors found that 12 organized criminal groups were involved in the riots.
