Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover reaches $21.56 billion in January-July
Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover rose by 10 percent year-on-year to $21.56 billion in January-July, the State Statistics Committee said.
Exports amounted to $8.11 billion, 2 percent down from January-July 2020, imports rose by 19 percent to $13.44 billion. The trade deficit amounted to $5.33 billion.
Among the 20 large trade partners, Uzbekistan has a positive trade balance with Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkey.
