Dozens of companies have already submitted applications for migrant builders from abroad, who are planned to be centrally imported into Russia by charter trains, said Nikita Stasishin, deputy head of the Ministry of Construction. Among those who submitted applications is the IT company “Yandex”, namely the division that “builds logistics warehouses,” the deputy minister said. In addition, the infrastructure construction company Velesstroy, several “large housing construction companies” and companies that are building “including the Vostochny cosmodrome” have filed an application.
