The total turnout in the elections to the State Duma as of 18:00 Moscow time on Sunday was 45.15%. Ella Pamfilova, Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of Russia, reported this at the information center of the CEC.

“Now I will announce you the turnout for the elections to the State Duma – 45.15% at 18:00,” Pamfilova said.
