The Cabinet of Ministers recommended the National Energy Holding, Severelectro and the National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan (NEGK) to work out as soon as possible the issue of building 110 kilovolt substations Ozernaya and Ippodromnaya. Tazabek writes about this with reference to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 30 on preparation for the autumn-winter period of 2021-2022.

In addition, these structures were instructed to restore the 110/6 kV substation “Lenin Plant” in order to relieve the existing networks.

Also, the Cabinet of Ministers believes that these organizations should work out the issue of importing electricity from Central Asian countries and Russia for 2022 in the amount of at least 2 billion kWh.
