Due to the situation with the coronavirus, the authorities of St. Petersburg announced new, second this week, restrictive measures for the period from October 30 to November 7. The corresponding decree was signed on Saturday by the governor of the city Alexander Beglov.
During this time, cafes and restaurants, shopping centers and non-food stores, service organizations and the MFC, as well as cultural institutions – with the exception of theaters and museums, will be closed.
