This was reported by CNN .
In particular, on October 25, Ukraine, which is the second largest country in Europe, was moved from a “high” level of risk for travel in the context of the spread of coronavirus (level 3) to the highest category – “very high” level of risk.
Last week in the United States to the fourth category was the city-state of Singapore.
In August, 16 different countries and destinations from around the world were assigned to the fourth risk category in just one week, against the background of a rapid increase in the spread of cases of the mutated version of the Delta virus.
The CDC criteria state that the fourth risk category corresponds to a situation where more than 500 cases per 100,000 inhabitants have been recorded in the last 28 days.
