A number of the most important regulatory documents developed in accordance with the priorities of the policy of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and a comprehensive program to modernize the country’s legislative and legal framework were adopted by the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan. The sitting of the parliament, to which the deputy chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of ministries and departments, representatives of the media were invited, was held on September 30, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reported today.

As previously reported, the deputies first adopted the Law “On the State Budget of Turkmenistan for 2022” and the Resolution “On the Execution of the State Budget of Turkmenistan for 2020”.

Then the draft laws “On trust management of state property”, “On postal services”, “On the State Land Cadastre” (new edition), “On the legal status of foreign citizens in Turkmenistan”, “On joining the Agreement on the establishment of the Global Green Growth Institute.”
