Consumer prices in Azerbaijan rose by 1.6 percent in October month-on-month after rising 1.8 percent in September, the State Statistics Committee said.

Annual inflation in October was 5.7 percent, up from 5.2 percent in September this year.

Azerbaijan forecasts annual inflation at 6 percent in 2021, up from 2.8 percent in 2020. The central bank projects annual inflation in a range of 6.2-6.5 percent.
