The information service of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis informs that at the 21st plenary session, Speaker of the Senate T. Narbaeva raised the issue of the status of women’s rehabilitation centers in the regions and other issues related to helping women suffering from violence.

So, according to her, in the regions are now actively working centers for the rehabilitation of women, registered as NGOs (non-governmental non-profit organizations). She noted that they work according to international standards. But the state must also take part in providing assistance to victims of violence. And you can use the experience of NGOs.
