In four months, the Uzbek authorities fined the heads of 2,225 companies and organizations for unvaccinated employees, the Podrobno.uz correspondent reports.
These data were disseminated by the Service of Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health.
From August to November, due to lack of vaccination, over 26 thousand people were temporarily suspended from work, and 175 service and service facilities temporarily suspended their work.
In total, during this time, 27,923 inspections were carried out, of which 7905 were in private companies, 20,018 were in budgetary organizations. As a result, 50,056 unvaccinated persons were identified, of which 11,244 worked in the private sector, 38,812 – in the public sector.
