Georgia inflation up 12.5% yr/yr in November-Statistics Office
Consumer prices in Georgia were up 0.6 percent in November from a month earlier after rising 1.3 percent in October this year and in comparison with 0.9 percent inflation in November 2020, the State Statistics Office said.
Annual inflation in November was 12.5 percent, down from 12.8 percent in October this year and up from 3.8 percent in November 2020.
Georgia’s National Bank targets annual inflation at 3 percent but says that the country will exceed the target this year.
