Remittances to Georgia rise 22% yr/yr to $207 mln in November-central bank
Remittances to Georgia rose 22 percent year-on-year to $207.3 million in November the country’s central bank said.
Russia ranks first among countries with $34.4 million of money transfers, followed by Italy ($32.1 million) and the United States ($24 million).
In November 2021, $32.8 million were sent abroad from Georgia, 45.3 percent more than in November last year.
