The Supreme Court summoned the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to a court hearing in an administrative case at the suit of People’s Deputy Petro Poroshenko.

Poroshenko’s lawyer Ihor Holovan published the relevant summons for questioning on Facebook .

The text of the summons says that the meeting is scheduled for 15:00 on December 28.

Judge Iryna Honcharova is the presiding judge in the case.

At the same time, the document does not specify what the case is about, but only states that the meeting will be devoted to the administrative case “on the recognition of inaction illegal and the obligation to take certain actions.”

Zelensky is the defendant in this case.

As UNIAN reported, on December 17, the DBR said that  Poroshenko ignored investigators who tried to hand him a summons to summon in the case of a criminal scheme of coal supplies from the temporarily occupied territories and assistance to terrorist organizations “LPR” and “DPR” by a group of Ukrainian citizens.
