Consumer prices in Georgia were up 0.3 percent in December from a month earlier after rising 0.6 percent in November last year, the State Statistics Office said.

Annual inflation in December was 13.9 percent, up from 12.5 percent in November last year.

Georgia’s National Bank targeted annual inflation at 3 percent but said that the country would exceed the target in 2021.
