Group 44, established in Khorog on November 28 last year to jointly resolve the situation in GBAO, refuses further cooperation with the investigation team until their demands are met. This was reported to “Asia-Plus” by the press secretary of the Group of 44 Khujamri Pirmamadov.
Six civil activists are part of the operational-investigative group from among the employees of the Prosecutor General’s Office, which was created on December 9 on behalf of President Emomali Rahmon
“According to representatives of the Group of 44, they are not satisfied with this cooperation, when no one investigates the circumstances of the death and injury of civilians, but the population is held accountable for even the smallest violations.”
