From April 1, all state bodies of Kyrgyzstan will completely switch to electronic document management. This was announced at a meeting on January 20 by the head of the Cabinet Akylbek Zhaparov.
According to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, during the meeting, the problems arising from the introduction of information systems Infodocs, e-kyzmat and “Sanarip aimak” in the context of regions and ayil okmotu were discussed.
According to Zhaparov, the least government agencies are connected to the electronic document management system in the Chui region. There, only 74 out of 105 ayil okmotus are connected to the electronic document management system.
“Such indicators are unacceptable. From March 1, the presidential administration will stop accepting paper documents, and from April 1, all government agencies will completely switch to electronic document management. It is necessary to accelerate, this is the requirement of the time. Neighboring countries have already switched to electronic document management, but we can’t do it,” Zhaparov said.
