The share of payments by organizations of the non-state sector of the economy in the formation of budget revenues in 2021 amounted to 53.3%, which is 1 percentage point more than in 2020. This was reported to a BelTA correspondent in the main development department of the tax authorities of the Ministry of Taxation.
In 2021, the tax authorities ensured the receipt of Br33.488 billion in the income of the consolidated budget of the country, which is 101.5% of the annual budget revenue plan (Br496.9 million was received in excess of the plan). Including the republican budget received Br13.736 billion (101.2%, over the plan – Br161.2 million), local budgets – Br19.752 billion (101.7%, over the plan – Br335.7 million). The growth rate of consolidated budget revenues compared to the level of 2020 in comparable prices amounted to 109.4%, including the republican budget – 114.9%, local budgets – 105.8%.
In particular, the plan for value added tax was fulfilled by 100.5% (Br9.170 billion, including Br48.8 million received in excess of the plan). In the structure of consolidated budget revenues, the share of revenues from this source amounted to 27.4%. Revenues from this tax exceeded the 2020 level in comparable prices by Br289.2 million, or 3.3%. The income tax plan was fulfilled by 101% (Br7.884 billion, including over the plan – Br76.8 million). Receipts of payments in comparable prices exceeded the level of 2020 by 4.5% (an increase of Br341.2 million), the share was 23.5%. The profit tax plan was fulfilled by 102.9% (Br5.128 billion, including Br143.8 million in excess of the plan), the share was 15.3%. Revenues from this tax increased by Br1.973 billion, or 62.5%, compared to 2020 in comparable prices.
As for excise taxes, the plan was fulfilled by 100.6% (Br3.487 billion, including Br22.4 million in excess of the plan), their share was 10.4%. Their receipts exceeded the level of the previous year in comparable prices by Br145.3 million, or 4.3%. The real estate tax plan was fulfilled by 100.5% (Br1.050 billion, including Br5.7 million in excess of the plan), share – 3.1%. Land tax received Br435.3 million, including Br6.5 million in excess of the plan. The plan for the year on this tax was fulfilled by 101.5%, its share was 1.3%.
