The deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh demand the presence of the Prosecutor General Kurmankul Zulushev at a parliamentary session so that he personally read out the presentation on bringing Adakhan Madumarov to criminal responsibility.

Chairman of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Judicial-Legal Issues and Regulations of the Jogorku Kenesh Mederbek Aliyev stressed that the deputies should create a commission on this issue and make a decision within 48 hours.

Iskhak Masaliev said that this issue should be considered within the framework of the law and not be someone’s assistant.

“There is a norm in the law about three days, there is no need to make a decision in a hurry,” he reminded.
