Uzbekistan’s international reserves decline to $34.4 bln in January-central bank
Uzbekistan’s official international reserves declined by $713 million in January to $34.4 billion, the central bank said.
International reserves include reserves in foreign currency and gold.
Uzbekistan’s gold reserves were estimated at $20.7 billion (11.6 million troy ounces).
In 2021, the Central Asian country’s international reserves rose to $35.1 in 2021. Gold reserves were estimated at $20.4 billion (11.6 million troy ounces).
