In the departments of education and culture of the Farap etrap, meetings were held with employees of budgetary organizations and announced new requirements.

“They ordered that when the phone rings, only the voice of Berdymukhammedov Sr. should be heard,” one of the state employees from Farap told Radio Azatlyk.
