The Bahodir Yalangtushbiy mosque, which was abandoned during the Soviet era, will be restored in Uzbekistan, Podrobno.uz correspondent reports with reference to the Cultural Heritage Agency.
Recall that the other day in social networks there were photos of this mosque, located on the territory of the mahalla gathering of citizens “Bodorjoy” of the Akdarya district of Samarkand region. She, according to users, is in a terrible state.
The Cultural Heritage Agency noted that the Bahodir Yalangtushbiy mosque is an object of material cultural heritage and is included in the National List of such objects.
Officials have confirmed that the building of this mosque is indeed in poor condition. At the same time, according to the Agency, it was not built by Bakhodir Yalangtushbiy (1578-1656).
