Sadyr Japarov gave a start to the construction, on April 15 he laid a capsule for the construction of an object with a total area of ​​21 thousand square meters.

The head of state noted that those present at the ceremony were involved in a significant event. He stressed that the building should stand for more than one century and serve not only the current, but also the next generation.
