The ambassadors of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Slovakia were summoned to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on April 28, News.ru reported, citing TASS report.
The authorities of Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia announced the expulsion of Russian diplomats from the country on April 23 in solidarity with the Czech Republic. The foreign ministers of the republics in their statements stressed that they would not tolerate “subversive activities” on the territory of their partners. The Slovak authorities had declared two Russian diplomats persona non grata a day earlier, News.ru said.
