“Vurğun YK” announced the liquidation by merging with PMD Group LLC, Turan reported.

The LLC “Vur Yun YK” is the owner of the residential complex VURĞUN RESIDENCE – PMD Projects, which consists of three high-rise buildings in Baku. “PMD Group” PMD (pmdgroup.az) is one of the development companies in Azerbaijan, which also has a share in Bank Avrasiya OJSC.
