Thus, the airline has revised its plans to resume flights to Poland, which was scheduled for June 18, 2021, UNIAN reported.
Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) has suspended the start of its flights to Poland.
This is stated in the message on the website of the carrier. It states that the airline has revised its plans to resume flights to Poland, which was scheduled for June 18, 2021.
“The reason for this decision was the situation that arose in connection with the need to fly over the territory of Belarus and the subsequent redistribution of passenger traffic, which is observed by the airline in this direction,” – said in a statement.
The report notes that UIA will analyze the market of both point-to-point passengers travelling from/to Poland and transfer passengers travelling with a change in Poland or Ukraine. “In the event of a resumption of demand for the UIA network, flights will be resumed,” the carrier said.
