In January – June 2021, construction work was completed in Uzbekistan for a total amount of 48.6 trillion soums, the State Committee on Statistics said, UZ DAILY reported.

Compared to the corresponding period of 2020, the growth rate was 0.1%.

State-owned organizations completed construction work for a total of 1971.1 billion soums. Their share in the republic is 4.1%.

Non-state-owned organizations completed construction work worth 46.63 trillion soums. Their share in the republic is 95.9%.

In the structure of the total volume of construction work, large construction organizations carried out construction work in the amount of 12.11 trillion soums.
