The central office of the State Financial Control Service (SGFC) of the Ministry of Finance checked in the first half of this year the targeted spending of funds allocated from the state budget to 12 budget organizations, as well as the audit of financial and economic activities of one budget organization. The analysis of the summary report shows that unjustified expenses in insignificant amounts have been identified.
According to the Ministry of Finance, measures to control the use of funds were also carried out by regional financial inspections of the SGFC. These inspections were carried out in keeping with the work plan of the SGFC. As a whole, within the framework of these measures, excessive and unjustified payments in the amount of 693,500 manats were revealed. Of these, 173.200 manats were restored by perpetrators during the inspections.
