In the first half of the year, the rights to 144.500 real estate objects had been registered in Azerbaijan which is up 30.2% from a year earlier, TURAN reported, citing the State Property Service.

A share of primary registration (33.100 objects) accounts for 22.9% of real estate transactions. The rise in transactions over the secondary real estate market (111.400 transactions) for the first half of the year amounted to 41.9%.
