According to Ukrinform, this was announced by Prime Minister Denis Shmygal on Facebook.
“Ukraine will go into” paperless “mode in three months. This week, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law on transferring all public services online,” Shmygal said.
He added that after the transition to the “paperless” mode, no government agency will be able to require a paper certificate, as all information will be contained in electronic registers.
The Prime Minister noted that due to the “paperless” regime, the number of e-services will increase significantly, and the corruption component will be completely eliminated. According to Shmygal, the Ministry of Digital Transformation is currently actively working on the automation of services to eliminate the influence of the human factor on decision-making.
