Ukraine inflation quickens in July to 10.2% y/y-Statistics Service
Inflation in Ukraine climbed to 10.2 percent year-on-year in July, the State Statistics Service said, following a trend of quickening price rises in recent months.
Consumer prices rose 0.1 percent month-on-month in July, down from 0.2 percent in June. In January-July 2021, consumer inflation was 6.5 percent year-on-year, down from 8.3 percent in the first half of this year.
The central bank has forecast annual inflation in 2021 of 7 percent.
