Armenia inflation up 6.2% year-on-year in April-Statistical Committee
Consumer prices in Armenia were up 6.2 percent year-on-year in April after 5.8 percent inflation in March, the Statistical Committee said.
Inflation in April was 1.3 percent compared to a month earlier when the consumer price index rose by 1 percent. In January-April, inflation was 5.4 percent year-on-year.
Armenia’s government projects annual inflation in a range of 2.5-5.5 percent in 2021. The economic growth projection is 3.2 percent.
