Armenia’s foreign trade turnover rose by 52.4 percent year-on-year to $1.421 billion in January-February, the National Statistical Committee said.

Exports increased by 40.1 percent year-on-year to $503.7 million, while imports rose by 60.2 percent to $917 million.

In February alone, the foreign trade turnover rose by 44.9 percent year-on-year and 11.9 percent month-on-month.

In 2021, Armenia’s foreign trade turnover rose by 17.7 percent to $8.379 billion. Exports increased by 19.1 percent to $3.022 billion, while imports rose by 16.9 percent to $5.357 billion.
