The Qala Heyat insurance company’s assets increased 8.4 percent, or 3.3 million, to 38.9 million manats ($22.9 million)  in 2020 from a year earlier, Turan reported.

During the reporting period, the company’s liabilities increased 6.7 percent or 840,000 manats  to 13.2 million manats.

The capital of “Qala Heyat” amounted to 25.7 million manas (an increase of 9 percent or 2.1 million).

The company finished 2020 with a net profit of 2.2 million manats, while paying taxes on profits to the amount of 790,000 manats.

Qala Heyat insurance fees totalled 15.9 million manats in 2020, and payments 4.5 million manats.
