Azerbaijan wants to open a trade house in Qatar and hold an Investment Roadshow in a move to attract investors to the country’s economy that is recovering after the crisis caused by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Qatar is interested in expanding relations with Azerbaijan, participation of Qatari companies in projects related to the restoration and development of the liberated territories, the country’s Foreign Minister Soltan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi said during a meeting with Mikayil Jabbarov, Azerbaijan’s Economy Minister.

Two countries want to explore the export potential and expand trade, ministers said.
