The Ministry of Economy and Commerce has submitted for public discussion a project on state regulation of prices for AI-80 and AI-92 fuels, as well as diesel.
The rationale for the project says that they want to introduce state regulation “to curb the rate of growth in fuel prices during an emergency in Kyrgyzstan.”
The ministry notes that they want to introduce such measures due to the coronavirus emergency. Temporary state regulation is planned to be introduced for 90 days.
