In Bishkek, drivers are being fined for sticking a “Z” sign on their cars. This was reported to Kloop by the press secretary of the Bishkek patrol police Baigazy Aitkul uulu.

“This is contrary to paragraph 1 of Article 194 of the Code of Kyrgyzstan “On Offenses”. According to the law, a fine of 5,500 soms is imposed for such an offense, and the car is impounded,” Aitkul uulu explained.
Earlier, users of social networks began to report that stickers with the letter “Z” began to appear on some cars in Bishkek.
Recently, a flash mob in support of the Russian army in Ukraine has been gaining momentum in Russia. Russians are increasingly using the #Z hashtag on social networks, and drivers are sticking the letter “Z” on car windows. Residents of the country also place such signs on the windows of their apartments.
