“At the same time, in July, the Ministry of Energy introduced a surcharge to support the use of renewable energy sources. Due to this, tariffs for EPO increased on average by 7.2%. For the end consumer, prices may increase by 3.5% in 2021,” explained Askhat Zhapsarbay.
