FDI in Belarus’s economy at $6.7 bln in January-September
Foreign direct investment (FDI) in Belarus’s economy reached $6.7 billion in the first nine months of 2021, the National Statistics Committee said.
The largest investors by countries were Russia (44 percent of total FDI), followed by Ukraine (13.1 percent) and Cyprus (12.6 percent). These three countries invested $4.8 billion, or 72.4 percent, of total FDI.
Belarus invested $4.1 billion in economies abroad in January-September this year.
