Georgia inflation up 13.7% yr/yr in February-Statistics Office
Consumer prices in Georgia were up 0.9 percent in February from a month earlier after rising 1.1 percent in January, the State Statistics Office said.
Annual inflation in February was 13.7 percent, down from 13.9 percent in January.
Georgia’s central bank targets annual inflation at 3 percent in 2022, but says that it will start to decline gradually from the spring and will approach the target by the end of the year.
