In the early morning cold weather, people wait in line for bread in front of one of the government stores. Due to the significant rise in the price of bread in the market, a large crowd gathered for cheap subsidized bread. This pattern was observed last Saturday, October 16 at about 6 am.

While people stood and waited for the sale of bread to begin, a man appeared from somewhere, introducing himself as an employee of the khyakimlik, and demanded that everyone go home. “An employee of the khyakimlik” announced: “bread will be brought to the entrances of multi-storey buildings, then buy it.” But those standing in line for bread did not agree with this proposal. On the contrary, they started shouting at the “worker of the khyakimlik”. Faced with people’s dissatisfaction, the government official moved away from the store. Soon bread was delivered to the store. But they started selling it only an hour later.
