This was stated by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Iran to Belarus Said Yari at a meeting with First Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications Alexei Lyakhnovich, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Transport.
The diplomat noted Iran’s interest in resuming flights with Belarus. Belavia previously operated regular flights on the route Minsk – Tehran – Minsk, but since October 2017, due to a decrease in passenger traffic, it has suspended flights.
