Consumer prices in Kazakhstan rose by 7.9 percent year-on-year in June after rising 7.2 percent in May, Statistics Committee said.

Monthly inflation in June was 1.1 percent, up from 0.7 percent in May.

Kazakhstan’s National Bank projects annual inflation in a range of 4-6 percent in 2021.
