Kazakhstan announced it will increase flight to Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey and Ukraine  after changes in the epidemiological situation allowed some connections previously restricted by COVID-19 to resume, total.kz reported.

The decision after discussions with the Interdepartmental Commission to Prevent the Emergence and Spread of Coronavirus Infection in Kazakhstan.

The following routes will now see increased traffic:

• Almaty – Tashkent – Almaty: from 4 to 8 flights per week (2 flights are added);
• Almaty – Bishkek – Almaty: from 3 to 5 flights per week (2 flights are added);
• Almaty – Kiev – Almaty: from 1 to 2 flights per week (1 flight added)
