Russian troops continue to continuously shell civilian infrastructure and residential buildings in Kharkiv. In this regard, local authorities urge Kharkiv residents not to leave their shelters throughout the day on April 18.

The likelihood of rocket and artillery strikes was reported by the regional Department of Civil Protection. At the same time, it is advised to stay in the vaults all the time. Even though there was no air raid alert.

Earlier it was reported that on April 17 in the afternoon the  enemy fired at the central part of Kharkov, killing five people, and 13 were injured. The journalists found out that the enemy opened fire on the regional center from multiple launch rocket systems.
