The head of the Council of the European Union Charles Michel will hold a trilateral meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Brussels on December 14.

Report informs that first, bilateral meetings of the President of the European Council Charles Michel with the President of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia are expected. He will then hold a three-way meeting with them.

Recall, on November 19, President of the Council of the European Union Charles Michel held telephone talks with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan. The President of the EU Council made a proposal to organize a meeting of the leaders of the two countries within the framework of the Eastern Partnership summit to be held on December 15 this year in Brussels.
