The Ministry of Internal Affairs launched an investigation into the man who broke the door the day before and broke into the Baku polyclinic, demanding that he be given a vaccine.
Elshad Hajiyev, head of the media and public relations department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, told Azeri Daily that following the investigation, a legal assessment of his actions will be given.
“This is a resident of Baku, Jeyhun Agayev, born in 1978. The claims that he is a veteran of the first Karabakh war are false. In 1994, he was only 16 years old,” said a spokesman for the Interior Ministry, accusing the man of deception.
New restrictions on visiting restaurants and malls in Azerbaijan have caused a stir at vaccination points. As haqqin.az has already reported, from today, visitors to public facilities of a closed type must have a covid passport.
