The State Tax Service has banned the exit from Kyrgyzstan of 535 citizens who have tax debts. This was reported in the press service of the department.
According to them, information was also sent to the Judicial Department on 1,128 taxpayers who should be restricted from leaving the country.
New restrictions, noted in the State Tax Service, were adopted in accordance with the new Tax Code. The agency goes to court and imposes travel restrictions if the debt amounted to more than 100,000 soms and was not repaid within 15 days.
The tax authorities added that they had previously entered into agreements with the Judicial Department, according to which the court could seize the debtor’s property.
The list of debtors is published every month on the website of the State Tax Service.
