A national agency for quality assurance in education will be created in Belarus. This is provided for by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of December 4, 2021 No. 693, BelTA informs with reference to the National Legal Internet Portal .

The government has approved the establishment by the Ministry of Education of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education. The agency will be headed by a director appointed and dismissed by the Minister of Education. The staffing of the organization will be formed within the total staffing of employees of state institutions subordinate to the ministry.

The Ministry of Education is responsible for approving the charter of the national agency, taking measures to form the property complex necessary to perform the assigned functions, and ensuring the functioning of the agency.
