Senate deputies voted for the election of Nurserik Karimovich Sharipov to the position of judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kapital.kz business information center reports.

As the Chairman of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Judicial System and Law Enforcement Agencies Vladimir Volkov noted, the president’s proposal on the election of Nurserik Karimovich Sharipov as a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan was submitted to the Senate in accordance with subparagraph 1 of Article 55, paragraph 1 of Article 82 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and paragraph 1 article 31 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the judicial system and the status of judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

“To recommend Nurserik Karimovich Sharipov as a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Has a higher education in law. From 2018 to the present, the chairman of the Karaganda regional court. The judicial work experience is over 25 years,” he said.
